IMPORTANT, to confirm and start the production of your order, after making the payment using the provided details, you need to inform us (via email or SMS or Viber, Telegram) with the following information: the order number or the initials of the person it is registered to, the date, and the time of the payment transaction.
- Your order will commence preparation only after successful payment identification.
- The payment invoice is valid for 2 days. This is the period during which the ordered items are reserved for the customer for production.
- Production and shipping take 2-4 business days after payment is confirmed.
- After sending the order, the recipient will be sent a tracking number by e-mail or SMS message.
