• Completion and processing of orders are made in working days Monday - Friday. from 10:00 to 17:00. Weekends or other time by arrangement.
• When ordering the products, 100% prepayment is made. We have no overhead payments.
• Each order is made individually for a fresh client, after full payment. Cosmetics cannot be looked at the post office, returned, because after that, it is not suitable for anyone. Skin care products are food for our body, so only fresh!
• The order processing takes 2 - 4 working days, shipping every day, except Saturday and Sunday.
There is no return or exchange of the products.

- Choose the products and add them to your cart.
- Place your order and add your contact details.
- No registration required. It gives you the ability to save information about shipping, the products in your shopping cart, view your order history and re-order.

- The payment is made on the website using the bank cards: Visa, MasterCard (read more) or by details on the card PrivatBank. Other payment options (Western Union, MoneyGram) – agree by e-mail.

- Having indicated an e-mail in the contact information, after the generated order, the client receives a letter with the selected goods and an active link for payment by the details (if online payment was not selected). - Production of products takes 2 - 4 of working days after the payment.

- The delivery in Ukraine is carried out by a “NovaPoshta” and “UkrPoshta”, free for orders over 5000 UAH. on the post office “NovaPoshta”.
- After sending the order, the receiver will be sent the declaration number by e-mail.
